easter egg hunt...

we only had 2 nice days (weather wise) this week and we had to take advantage of them... so we pulled together an easter egg hunt with some of the kids in the neighborhood. It was fun...everyone contributed eggs and the kids and I hid them at the park before the others showed up. then all the kids came, and within 5 minutes all of the eggs were picked back up again! then we all had a picnic and the kids could play, while the mom's soaked up a little sun. trust me, it's been a long summer and I definitely need some sun...thank you sun for shining on our easter egg hunt.
